I have nothing but great things to say about Make Space Storage in Pender Harbour. I moved to BC from Winnipeg in September of 2019. The service I received was excellent whether by Phone or e-mail. All my inquiries were answered efficiently, timely and with a great attitude. The storage unit was reasonable in price, clean and very spacious. My main contact I dealt with was Launa, who has been wonderful! Just the other week she sent an e-mail to let me know that she received a letter from Atlas Movers for me. Atlas should have sent the letter to my home address which I had provided to them, but sent it to Make Space instead. Launa not only contacted me but re sent the letter to my home address. In this day and age this kind of customer service is hard to come by!

Started using make a space storage in August of 2022. They have heated units which is nice. They also have paved grounds and boat storage as well. They make it very easy to check in and you get your own code to go in and out of the facility. There are lots of cameras and fully fenced yard. The boat storage area is covered. We eventually decided to move to a smaller unit. It was easy and painless to change. Two things I will mention that are negatives that I will mention is that they bill every 28 days not a calendar month and they do not have on site bathrooms available unless during office hours which is during the weekdays only. So make sure you go before you go!
Other than those two issues, I think this place is great.
