I recently finished a unit rental at the Cameron location. The pricing, security and accessibility of my unit was great. I cannot rave enough about the wonderful customer service my partner and I received from Ed. Every roadblock I had stumbled upon during my time there, he worked with me to figure things out and made the entirety of my experience stress-free. The place is a mess .staff very ignorant to customer that has been there over 30years They refuse to cut the weeds and staff is very disrespectful was considering rented unit ssues have befor my corvette but one other tenant telling me about some units infested with rodents very poorly run now my issues have been resolved in professional manner

Customer Service was impeccable! As long term customers, any payment issues (from a rare late fee, accidental overlock, etc.) were always resolved smoothly, professionally and kindly.
